During this week I would like you to start a journal to track your daily physical activity and/or exercise routine (this journal is for your use only and will not be turned in). I would like you to at least have four days of physical activity and written journaling. During this week share some of your thoughts and ideas on the DB. Some examples could be; How things are going with your physical activity, what were things that surprised you, how did the journaling process help or not help with motivation? Just a few things to think about during this weeks DB.
